Your stay at Cape House will be uniquely your own with the whole property yours to enjoy – alone.  If you wish, we can tailor your package based on standard prices to suit your individual needs – including transfers, provisioning and guided personal walks or tours.  You may be celebrating a special occasion … please don’t hesitate to contact us for ideas!

Rates
$A400 per night for two adults with a minimum three night stay
$A450 per night for three - six adults with a minimum three night stay

All rates are quoted in Australian dollars

  • Two additional guests may stay for $A50 each per night
  • Rates include GST but exclude charges for all additional services
  • We will advise the availability of Cape House on the dates you have requested by email or fax, and your reservation will be held for seven days
  • A deposit of 50% of the accommodation fee is payable to confirm your reservation
  • The balance, including all charges for additonal services such as transfers and provisioning is payable 30 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking you may do so, however you must advise us in writing.  Cancellations willl be subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before your arrival will incur a fee equal to 50% of the deposit paid
  • Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total fee paid
  • Failure to pay the balance of the fee 30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit

Security

We take pride in maintaining Cape House to the highest standards and trust that our guests enjoy the unique furnishings and original artworks.

  • A credit card authority is required with your reservation as security against breakages and damage
  • We advise that guests' property is the sole responsibility of our guests, and we cannot accept liability for personal effects left on the property during or after your stay

 Personal safety

Guests are reminded that the Daintree region is home to many endangered and rare Australian native animals.  The Cape House estate is surrounded by virgin rainforest and crystal clear creeks - all home to wildlife found in the Wet Tropics areas of Far North Queensland.
